Pretty toxic but they love each other so much it almost hurts sometimes (and they grew up btw), I can’t get over them

I always identified a bit with both of them and I always loved how they fell in love with each other weirdness and weaknesses, as a teenager it felt so real and beautiful, they’ll always have a soft spot in my heart

4. Hyde and Jackie (That ‘70s Show)

I love them soooo much

They’re my favourite kind of dynamic and they’ve great chemistry: I loved the characters growth and the healthy relationship they developed (no: s8 doesn’t exist thank you for asking)

I never considered Sheldon and Amy as a ship, but I wanted to mention them because I love their characters so much and, being afraid that I’ll never find someone, thinking that they found each other (and they won a Nobel) makes me happy

My absolute favorite scene of Sheldon & Amy is when they were about to get married at City Hall and here are my 5 reasons why

1. "Wait. I want to have a first dance with you."

He wanted to have a first real dance with Amy, at their wedding. Sheldon, a person who doesn't like people looking at him. He knew Amy has dreamed of marrying him for so long and knowing he could give her a first real dance meant that he wanted to do it at their wedding. Meant he wanted for her to remember this for the rest of their lives.

2. "I never thought I would want to marry anyone. So that fact that I found you is astonishing"

Sheldon, who has never wanted to marry anyone. Happy with himself, Happy with his life than Amy came along and everything changed for him. She is the best discovery he has ever made.

3. Sheldo naming why Amy is better than Dark Matter was everything and more.

4. "But when you make a discovery like this, you dont just take it down to city hall... You tell the whole world."

He wanted to tell the whole world that Amy was his and his only. He wanted to tell the whole world that she made him a better person because she loved him for him and that was everything to him.

5. The kiss was short but lovely. It was everything ❤

I have so many other reasons but these our my main ones. I might be wrong on some things but I just think this episode was so beautiful.

I know it's heterosexual but shamy (the relationship between Sheldon and Amy) from the big bang theory feels very queer, their relationship is so wholesome even though they're both people who were very serious about not wanting to be in a relationship (even though at some point they totally changed Amy's backstory and made her this desperately lovesick girl, but when we met her she went on one date per year solenly for a pictures to send to her mother) and I just love that, they're both queer in the word's original meaning and their relationship is very cute

I’m rewatching the big bang theory for a millionth time and honestly something that is absolutely stunning for me is that the writers seem to be actually forgetting the points of their story. My favorite examples: they kind of forgot that the comic book owner and Penny’s father were already given names at the beginning of the show.

And then all of the sudden… we get guys with completely different names. WHY? Why couldn’t they just use the names they’ve given them previously?

The same goes with the characters’ families. It’s mentioned that they have brothers or sisters and then all of the sudden they are not invited to the wedding. And we have no explanation whatsoever. No comment. Nothing. Examples:

Leonard has a brother and a sister. Neither of them attend his wedding.

Penny has a brother and a sister. The sister is not present at the wedding.

Sheldon has a Meemaw and is good friends with Beverly Hofstadter. Neither of them come to the wedding.

And I don’t mean they should have attended. But why isn’t it commented? There’s no mention of it (even if it was present in some scene but didn’t end up in the show they should have made another scenes with at least an honorable mention). It’s like the writers forget that characters have families. Even though they were the ones who gave them those families.

New fanfiction idea for whoever wants it!!

I've read a few fanfictions with Sheldon and Amy with their grad students and I genuinely enjoy reading them very much.

Amy is worried about this certain grad student being around Sheldon all the time. Getting him lunch everyday, asking weird questions, and just being around him all the time.

Turns out, his grad student doesn't really want Sheldon.
